"Management is great. Getting a home was very quick and easy. Although there is a maintenance worker who seriously needs to do his job and not say anything else. If someone has a valid request about something that wasn’t done correctly, fix the situation instead of saying that it’s not important. Horrible customer relations. Augustin I believe his name."

"Sanger Place is a clean surroundings apartment a pool for summer the main attraction it’s close to 95 North and South entrances and also walking distance to the bus line. The staff is very helpful and professional that’s a plus when dealing with customers service you feel that they care about you and your house hold. Maintenance employees are very professional and kind also I have been here for 3 years Looking for many more."

"The complex is not well maintained. An HVAC drain backed up into my apartment soaking the carpet and leaving the walls damp. I returned from a business trip to find Black mold growing in my living room and bathroom. See photos below."
