"When we moved in, there was definitely some misses, but the staff was able to support us through some difficult issues. At the end of the day, the apartments are spacious, modern, and designed well! Every place has issues, but the staff is what matters. Big thank you to Monique, Erika, and Xavier who helped make the move out process smooth and efficient. She was very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and maintained professionalism while still being relatable. Due to circumstances once approved I had an extremely quick move in process and she made that a breeze. She also reached out to me after giving a few days to settle in to make sure everything was alright. The property itself is very nice the apartment is very spacious and the amenities are great. "My experience with Woods of Fairfax was wonderful. My leasing agent, Jernnell, made everything from move in to move out smooth. She was friendly, available and supportive during my entire time living within this community. I read alot of negative comments about the maintenance staff before moving in, and can honestly say the maintenance staff was one of the biggest perks. Any requests or questions were typically answered or addressed within 24 hours, if not sooner. The dog friendly neighborhood, and proximity to the mil base made this a perfect home for the time we stayed!"

"ello, on be half of all the residents that live here. I’ve been a resident here at the Woods of Fairfax Lorton community for two years now. During these two years not only living through a pandemic but all the renovations that have gone on inside and outside of this community. With that being said, corporate decided to raise the rent on many of these residents. Some moved out some stayed, some made it some didn’t. There are a lot of low income families that live here as well as military. During my stay, i’ve noticed many wrongdoings in this community. From health and safety of the community, unequipped maintenance staff and the integrity of management. These buildings are 50+ years old and have a lot of issues. Facelift after facelift won’t hold for long. I’ve taken many pictures that I will attach to this message, that speak for themselves of the health and safety of this community. On top of management who is highly unprofessional, doesn’t do their job, and does not care for the people of this community. Hope Gene B. Glick investigates further into the property manager here to allow this Community to be put back together properly. Thank you (Can’t even upload all pictures)"
