"Every year is getting worse at this neighborhood. A lot of weed smokers everywhere, even inside the units, landlords and office don't care. It's really unpleasant to try to have a walk and encounter dog poop on the sidewalk/ grass. Huge rats running everywhere yet they have done nothing. And let's not talk about mices inside the units. If you can avoid moving here or buying a property here do so."

"The pool hasn’t been filled four 3 years now people pay rent here it’s Ridiculous they’re already doing construction at the library so the kids don’t have any playgrounds to run around or anything there’s no use in there was nothing for the children to do around here but to get into trouble there’s no type of activities or anything around here for children so it’s very frustrating people pay rent here I pay rent here and there’s no type of outlet for children or or adults"

"Great neighborhood for the price you're paying. Office is a short walk away and is connected to the pool. 2 shopping centers close by and bus/train station is about 3 blocks away. Would strongly suggest getting a 2 way dash cam as the current contracted tow truck company been caught on CCTV multiple times by multiple people slim jimming your car and moving hang tags."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LADY WHO WORKS THERE! I guess her name is Patty, this wasn't the first time I've spoken to her. She's very rude, has no patience to speak. Will talk over you at any given moment, does not let you explain things. I really do not understand how they still have her there. You guys need to have someone in the office that is more professional. Hell I would even take the position, I'm currently a supervisor at a urgent care facility in Herndon. How are we supposed to be happy with your help if half the time you have a person there that is extremely rude. All I ask is to have a better staff there. And better service."
