"I have been here since 2009 and we love it here. The neighborhood is nice and clean. When we go to the leasing office we always get the help we need. Today we went and Grace helped us to renew our lease."

"Spend the extra 100-200 dollars for a nicer place trust me it will be worth if for your quality of life. The price they charge here is ridiculous for location and no amenities. Literally the worst apartments ever. I am going on 2 years living here. Maintenance has been good but management is horrible. I have had numerous complaints about the laundry and spend hours every time I need to use it. You had to use a card and put cash on it. Then they switched it without telling anyone. Still have money on that card. They then switch it to an app which I’ve wasted money on that also doesnt work. The washer/dryers don’t spin the clothes so they are soaking wet and then the dryers don’t dry the clothes. Have to Go to multiple buildings to find machines that are “working”. I’ve wasted so much time and money on this stupid laundry situation and have complained multiple times with no care from management. Again, Spend the extra 100-200 dollars for a nicer place trust me it will be worth if for your quality of life."

"I recently toured this apartment community. The grounds were clean and the location is near I-95. This works well for me since I commute to DC for work. Nicole, who's a leasing consultant, guided me during this tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely consider moving here."

"*Updated June 8, 2023 Lived at Dale Forest for two years and would recommend it. Aleta Wilson and Susan Hopkins were really helpful with the leasing process and any questions I had. The apartment was in a great location and I really enjoyed being close to DC, Alexandria and Arlington at a good price. There’s the option to pay for reserved parking if you want, but parking was often plentiful and I didn’t have trouble finding a spot near my apartment. The kitchen was perfect and I really liked the cabinet space it had. I really liked that it had an in-unit washer and dryer. Same with the closet space. The bathroom was much larger than I anticipated and also offered a lot of space. My only suggestion would be that the unit have an overhead light that’s closer to the front door/living room area. I had lamps but it would get dim at night or if it was cloudy outside during the day. Dale Forest also has a soccer field, playground, pool, and dog park area. I rented a ground level studio apartment at roughly 500 sq ft. Because of the location the apartment could be prone to high humidity/mildew if the weather was warm and I didn’t turn on the AC, bugs or (twice) small snakes going inside, or water leaking from the ceiling. Keeping the apartment cooler will help with the humidity (so does an hygrometer to measure the humidity), and Max Pads (sticky pads) work well for bugs and any sneks. Whenever there were issues the maintenance team did a great job of addressing them."

"Dale Forest Apartments was very nice I loved the kitchen & the lighting in the apartment I wish the living room was a little bigger I wasn’t a fan of the sharing of the utilities as far as the whole water goes I wish it was metered and I didn’t like that some of the stoves was Gas . Over all the apartment was beautiful and very clean. The Lease office was very nice & clean also Ms. Nicole Said was very helpful she gave me a tour of one of the apartments and answered all my questions"
