"They don’t even deserve 1 star! They want you to give them a 60 day notice for a move out so I got a accommodation letter from my chemo doctor for me to move out in 30 days in stead of 60 days so I could be closer to where I get my treatments at and they denied my accommodation letter saying my treatments weren’t a good enough reason to move out early. I am beyond pissed & disgusted with how they treat their tenants that has cancer or had cancer. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE! I can’t wait to leave this place!"

"If I could put 0 stars, I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I am currently in an apartment with no AC! I had no AC all summer and they told me that it was no emergency. My apartment flooded twice due to my washer and they still did not come out to fix it. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!!!"

"4/19/2018 i have been living here for 4years and i just love it....every complex has small issues but they are handled in a timely manner, the office staff are wonderful people and the maintenance staff are wonderful as well the complex is safe lots of children play outside everyday, no hanging out all times of the night and the Cambridge police dept. monitor the complex often. the complex is clean and well maintained, i will be living here several more years!"
