"I love this hotel because everyone who works there is super sweet, and super accommodating. I understand the struggle of working in customer service, and whenever I go in there they are always super polite. I love the area the hotel is in as well because there’s super fun things to do! Downtown Cambridge has a bowling alley, and they have really amazing restaurants. They’re located next to a restaurant called Cambridge Diner, and I absolutely love to go there when I’m hungry. Another favorite part about this hotel is their breakfast, they cook the most amazing eggs I especially love the cheesy eggs they make! The ladies (or gentlemen) who cook the breakfast definitely deserve a raise! I especially want to give a shout out to their General Manager who is an absolute sweetheart, and is super helpful if you have an issue. This hotel seriously goes above and beyond to help the situations that happen, and they definitely do not deserve the negativity that I see sometimes. My husband is a hunter, so he stays here even without me sometimes. He said the front desk receptionists make the hunters “grab-n-go” bags in the morning which I absolutely love as well because the hunters leave around 5, and their breakfast area doesn’t open until 6:30 on the weekdays. You guys definitely make my stay worthwhile every single time I stay there, and I absolutely love it! Thank you all so much for your hard work!"

"If you want to make a big mistack when you reserve hotel this is the right place. AC blow all night its freez me the room is dirty, not vacummed their is a small foods, and they don't even pick up that pennys in the floor , The hand wash sinck is staffed , the back side view is dirty water, the sheet is not changed in general this not 5 stars hotel this is the worst place I ever see"

"The staff on the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed at was big but stink of cigarrette smoke. THE FLOORS WERE NOT VACUUMED AND THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED. There are tiny bits of food on the floor and hairs and stains on the bed sheets. The controls on the AC and fridge were disabled, The AC is just blowing air most of the time and the room has the same temp as the fridge."

"If you don't enjoy cell service, this is the place to be.. I was assigned to a room which was already occupied. Ma'am didn't believe me, had to call the room.. Spoke to front desk again, apparently the 2nd and 3rd floor can have reception sometimes.. she took my phone and tried to connect to WiFi, also didn't work. Rooms were clean enough, just don't stay here if you have business to attend to.."
