"Finally since I’ve been here for 2 months now .. I can give my honest review. This has been a TRAGIC experience. And I mean completely TRAGIC. My unit which was supposed to be “renovated” was NOT renovated. I’m paying $200 more for no reason. The complex sure knows how to mask the issues going on in your apartment before you sign your lease. With these old and dirty appliances. Crusty walls and doorways and leaking window sills. The mice and bugs that exist in my apartment should help pay my rent at this point. The people in the area are disgusting and uncivilized. Parking spaces are made for toy cars and the trash cans are a mile away. I hate it here. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY IS IKEA HENDERSON THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE. She is very sweet, reassuring, respectful, and willing to help. I know she has a lot to take on and I try not to bug her but she really tries her best. I know it’s only so much she can do but that girl works hard and cares about people. She is the only thing keeping me from really taking it there with this complex. We need more people like her working!! In addition, I do have to add that maintenance receives a 4/5 star from me. When I have an emergency, they respond quickly and swiftly. They haven’t came to fix the MAJOR issues yet but they definitely respond to emergencies. Thanks you guys."

"Up until 6 months ago I have had no major problems, but once the mice starting coming they just won't stop. I've called several times to have someone come and each time all he does is move the stove and drop glue traps. Every time I kill two mice three more come and it has become an infestation in my unit."

"I have had a real problem with the unprofessional staff and lack of concern for public safety in this complex. Recently there was an addition to the office staff who I would like to acknowledge. Ikea has proven to be professional, conscientious, and hard working. She always answers the phones with a pleasant demeanor and she has no problem assisting with whatever the issue may be. Great job Ikea, keep up the good work."

"I live in building 3950 and it is infested with roaches and mice! Two weeks after I moved in I saw roaches, they sent pest control I even got my own pest control that’s how bad it was and I still have them! The laundry room is infested and it’s very disturbing! I have three dead mice under my oven that maintenance still haven’t came to get! Other than that it is very peaceful around here and vary spacious rooms!"
