"The apartment it self it’s not really bad, but the area is horrible. The trash is all over the street and the trash company comes at 3:45 in the morning. I have complained to the different managers ( 8 different companies in the past 5 years) and still the same. Loud music every night and smells bad as soon as you step outside. I guess they don’t care because we are located in Suitland and they assumed that the area is bad and poor. I hope that the new management can do better."
