"Absolutely terrible service, I felt like a plague walking around, one lady asked me 6 times if I needed help and when I finally asked for a bottle of something new that I actually wanted she tried to sell me the reprosado don Julio I wanted the new rose one but she didn't even try , no thank you ,no have a nice day or anything, worst experience I've ever had with a abc store, go to the one in hybla valley"
"The store is just ok. They mostly carry the basics, but you won’t find anything top shelf here as far as whiskey and bourbon are concerned. Lots of vodka, but struggled to find any type of mezcal. They have some aged Irish whiskeys (like Red Breast 12) but no aged Jameson that I could find. The person at the register last night barely spoke any English so couldn’t really ask any questions unfortunately. Last but not least, getting out of this shopping center is downright awful!"
"Very good service and very good selection. Everyone in this store are very nice and welcoming. Even when they didn’t have what I wanted in the stock, the manager went out of his way and time to assist me until he was sure to find me the exact product was located at a near by store, even calling them for me to confirm it. This is what going above and beyond service is, especially to help generate sales for the company as a whole."
"For the most part they're nice but there's an older guy that works there - I think he's a manager - that could use a class or two on friendliness. You're getting paid. Smile! At least at the customer then you can scowl again when you turn around but I don't wanna see the Grinch sitting in the corner at the register with the lottery angry about being there EVERY time I come in. The other guys are really nice and helpful."
