Queens Park Plaza

"My then one year old son and I moved in Queens Park Plaza on 09/01/2023 from a shelter. I regret signing a lease Queens Park Plaza the unit that I’m currently renting isn’t fully renovated at all. The unit that I’m currently renting is building 2504 unit 301 and there’s a old HVAC system in my son room closet, there’s mold on the carpet in the closet & on the walls, the bath tub/shower faucet knobs have came completely off, there’s items in the vents that I can visibly see, the water underneath the kitchen sink was leaking into the floor when I was washing dishes, there’s a dent in the supposed to be brand new refrigerator, I was locked inside of my apartment for several hours due to a faulty lock and I thank God there wasn’t no fire and my one year old son wasn’t present with me, there was a gas leak on 9/20 and I was unaware of it and my one year old son & I was asleep. Washington Gas just “completed” the repair on 9/22 but thank God the building didn’t blow up. There’s holes in the baseboards throughout the apartment. The rent is extremely high, $1,700.00 plus additional $200 for utilities and $35 for parking is absurd for those non renovated, raggedy, no elevator having apartments. I could’ve & should’ve stayed in the shelter. That young owner is money hungry somebody. There’s mice and roaches in the apartment and I take the trash out ever damn day because I have a now 2 year old son. I’m awaiting my day in court so I can get the $3,400.00 back that MD DHS gave me to give them to move in. They deserve no rating at all!"

"Worst neighbor hood you can ever live in. The place is infested with mice roaches and the lady Ms Payne in the office is completely rude and disrespectful. She gossips and her or the team can never answer any questions without giving you attitude. It takes months of complaining to get things done around here. Office always smells like a cigar smoke. Poor place to live especially with children"

"This is the worst property I’ve ever lived on in my life. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Infested with mice and COCKROACHES. I always keep my apartment clean with no food laying around or trash. Everything is half a** done in this community with the worst communication and regards to how people live. Pest control comes but that doesn’t help anything I continue to see mice and cockroaches . Save your money and live elsewhere cheap is not good at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this community."
