"cannot wait to move outta this place. first off parking is TERRIBLE. constantly being towed bc of how overcrowded it gets. secondly, ROACHES, SPIDERS, EVERYWHERE. it’s so gross."

"I live near this property and I’m incredibly frustrated with how mismanaged the parking situation is, which creates problems for the rest of the neighborhood. This property seems to issue only one spot per unit yet many residents have 2+ cars, which means they are always parking overflow issues elsewhere in the neighborhood."

"I lived here for exactly a year (2021-2022). The apartment was decent, nice amount of space for the price and only have to pay the water bill which for a 1 BR is $60-70 per month. Very affordable. The good: -Convenient location near buses to Takoma/SS metro -Lots of shopping in walking distance -Nice stream trail and park maintained by the county -They will give you rent discounts for some inconveniences (like my closet repairs and the fact they gave me a carpeted apartment when I requested wood floor) The bad: -My car was towed twice because they will not issue parking stickers to you until you change your plates, which during COVID took me two months to get the MVA appointment - Maintenance locks the laundry room DURING USE HOURS as posted on the door. They locked my wet clothing in the laundry room at 3 PM on a Wednesday. Management ignored my complaint and this happened 2x more - Parking situation is awful. They give out tags to commercial vehicles because each apartment has 2+ cars. Don't plan to park within a mile of your unit past 7 PM. Others reported pest problems but I did not experience this."

"Oh my god! This place is horrible. I have moved here recently and i am already so frustrated. Here are the things happended with me - 1) our car was towed on the first day we moved here. 2) you won't get parking after 6 pm. Our life has changed after moving here. We don't have any life. You can't go outside after 6 fearing that you will end up roaming with your car in the parking area for hours for a space to park your car. 3) this is the worst thing happend with us. Once my whole apartment power had cut at night. My toddler daughter screamed so loud out of fear. This is the last thing you would happened with your family. 4)they will enter your apartments without even knocking properly. You will end up having no privacy. Before moving here i have read all the negative reviews but i have not paid heed and i regret for that.please don't move here this is the worst place you can't even think of!"

"Move into this apartment complex if you want to get towed constantly and not be able to reach the main office ever. Their phone number always ends up taking you to the same place and they’ve given out more parking passes than there are parking spaces, so there’s never anywhere to park at night. The place is filled with mice and roaches and there’s graffiti everywhere."
