"Every other month since July of last year my hot water has gone out. This is the forth time it has happened and each time, for whatever reason it takes 3-4 days to restore. I have asked to have the hot water heater replaced, but instead, I'm given temporary fixes that don't last. My experience with the current Murn management staff and maintenance team is that they are always pleasant and professional. But I pay too much in rent here to go for days without basic necessities like hot water, especially in the dead of winter. "I sincerely apologize" isn't cutting it anymore. A prorated credit on my rent for every day that I go without hot water would be a start. Or putting me up in a hotel until the problem gets fixed would be acceptable. But "I'm truly sorry" is no longer enough."

"I’ve been living at Ascend Apollo for a little over a year and I really enjoy it. No place is perfect which is known ,but when an issue does arise the management team is on it. Whenever I put in a maintenance request , the maintenance team response very quickly. And last and not least , Kendra the property manager is absolutely amazing. Ever since she arrived, she has been the most understanding of her residents needs, working tirelessly to solve all issues. And might I add with so much grace."

"Joshlynn T was amazing. I came in to tour the apartments and she made my visit enjoyable. She gave me everything I needed to know about Ascend Apollo and she knows her stuff. I came in a second time with my room mate to tour last second to show him the space, she squeezed us in and remembered me. Shows she really cares and her customer service was unbelievable.I’d recommend checking this space out and Joshlynn T was an excellent addition to the Ascend Apollo team!"

"I’ve been having a great time at this apartment residence so far. Management is very friendly and always responds to all my queries. The property manager of whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, is very welcoming and supportive along with staff. Security is pretty decent. They have security patrol almost every night. I barely hear of any crazy outcomes or harassment around the area and neighborhood. Would highly recommend."
