"I must admit that it's definitely a red flag to see so many “positive” reviews within hours/days from “future residents/visitors” instead of positive reviews from actual tenants. As beautiful as the property LOOKS I think I'm more interested in reviews of the current residents. I've visited this property on more than one occasion but can't seem to move pass the rodents, parking/towing issues, and unit issues from residents that were leased to broken down units when receiving their keys. As much as I love the way this property “looks,” I'll keep looking! *Pay close attention to the back to back reviews within the same day. Please note ANYONE can write a review (hint: myself) which definitely boosts their rating when this looks like a 2-star property based on reviews of the CURRENT RESIDENTS."

"It was a pleasant experience at Steeplechase! Easy to find, clean grounds & the leasing staff were very friendly! When I walked into the leasing office, everyone was working yet they greeted me and made me feel appreciated for my visit! India, Will & Michelle are a great team and I strongly recommend seeing them for your housing needs!"

"The apartment looks good and clean from the outside but looks old and dirty inside. Everything here is so inconvenient, expensive in time and money. Management is the worst. Why up to $47.03 for so called convenience fee to make payments online? About $60 for some base internet ONLY in 2023? About 3 weeks since I moved in, there is no heat in my unit. This is late February. Imagine the cold. It makes no sense that tenants have to go to the leasing office every week to get a visitor's parking pass. That's time-consuming and stressful. what if a tenant has a visitor overnight but forgot to get a parking pass during the day? Tenants do not need to go to the office every day for information or a key to the gym or package room after signing lease and moving in. Again, it is time-consuming and stressful. The management should ensure apartments are in "READY to live in" as in ensure doors and windows operate properly and smoothly, lock/open properly, all other appliances function or operate properly, units are cleaned before move in. Management should ensure tenants get all the information or directions or keys/access codes immediately after signing lease or before moving in. Going to the office every day for one thing or the other is time-consuming and stressful."
