"Just moved in Wednesday November 1st. Immediately noticed roaches. I purchased 18 foggers and 2 cans of Raid to attempt to resolve the issue because I was told treat meant is every thursday and I would be “added to the list”. Im a single dad with a almost 2 year old toddler. Future renters be warned. The unit they show on virtual tour most likely will not be where you are living. There is nothing newly renovated in the unit I was given."

"Unsafe area. I woke up one morning to all four wheels of my car stolen off my car. When we moved in here we reserved an apartment and they said it wasn’t ready on our reserved move in date. We waited another week and when we finally moved in there was a ton of issues, leaking sink, cigarette smell and more. It took us 2 months of living here to get our mail keys. Took 3 months living here to get our amenity keys. When I told management about my wheels being stolen she said there’s “patrol service” and she would inform them of the issue. Ive never once seen patrol service here. I want to break the lease from all the anxiety this place has given me! Update: The apartment complex won’t let me out of the lease. Don’t move here!"

"8/28/23- Don’t move here! Don’t move here!! Unless you want a raggedy apartment with roaches. I’ve been here 23 days and I want to break my lease!! Once you sign your lease and give them your money they don’t care about you or their property!! 8/29/23- I find it to be a slap in the face that you Wendi can reply to a google review stating to email or call you when I’ve been doing both for a month with no response or no action. So today I did both and still no response."

"This is literally the worst place to live in. The neighbors might be friendly but the management and staff have the worst customer service you can ever think of. Units are not painted to a professional degree. Also, the price is too high for the units available. The building we lived in had a fire but our apartment was more of water damage. We were expecting in a few weeks. Reach to them to let us grab some stuff like some of our documents and other things we knew could not have been destroyed, but no one cared. Meanwhile they were able to take out our tv when that is not even the important thing. Put in a maintenance request? Just forget about it and prepare for them to have it fixed in the next two to three months. They started charging us for things that we were not supposed to get charged for. They charged us gas and said we have to show proof of payment to Washington Gas. We did show this proof twice, although it clearly shows the date, the assistant manager kept acting like they are illiterate and can’t read a simple bill. Thinking about living here, think twice or bear the consequences."

"The leasing office is unprofessional and their whole process for guided tours is very unorganized. I was told this place accepts walk ins so I came in to view an apartment, but was turned away. Was told they couldn’t do any walk ins due to the fact they had so much paperwork to process. My husband and I then reviewed the model unit within the leasing office and was told to schedule an appointment to view the actual units available. I then scheduled a visit a week later to view a one bedroom and two bedroom and noted this in the comments section when booking an appointment. When getting to the complex, I was told they had nothing to view and to view the model. I informed the leasing agent that I was there last weekend and view the model but was told to schedule an appointment, and they had units to view. I then asked the leasing agent if they knew they had appointments today, why didn’t they call me before wasting my time & money to get there to view a unit. They immediately blamed it on the call center & I stated the appointment was made online with comments saying I intended to view NEWER units. This place was on my top 3 but with the things I hear about the maintenance, leasing agents and property management, along with my experience, I wouldn’t want to deal with that disorganization."
