"The new management company that took over is charging prices to replace light bulbs in their apartments. The old management company did not charge to replace burn out light bulbs. This is totally absurd. These Elderly tenants are on fixed incomes living in a ridiculous place as this that also, constantly goes up on their rent. The A/C and Heat is broken more times than it work. I will be contacting 45 News."

"These apartments have no heat and have been without heat for the elderly tenants for months. Yet, they go up in rent every year. The front office staff is rude and treat the elderly unkind. You should choose wisely before considering moving here. Tenants are moving regularly because they are so very unhappy. I will be contacting the news and the county executive to get this property in proper conditions."
