"Nothing is newly renovated. They just paint over everything and call it a day. Nobody cleans up after themselves, loud neighbors, and poor management. I've witnessed people chasing others with knives and someone trying to break into my unit. Stolen packages, trash everywhere, and presentation of property is terrible. Unfortunately, being a first time renter this was the only place who accepted my application. Don't recommend this place to anyone... No cameras around the property but cameras protecting the leasing office. No utilities are paid for by the complex, everything is out of pocket. Seems like this complex is losing money and can't keep up..."

"I love the apartment so far. The leasing staff is so helpful. The process was very smooth and quick. I got all the help I needed with understand what was needed of me and I was always kept in the loop about my next steps. ^^^^^^^^ This was 9 months ago. Since then I've had my ceiling cave in from the roof leaking and my property damaged ( no reimbursement), Im pest control mice bugs and sewage flies, and my rights to take out my own trash is gone since they removed the dumpsters and insisted everyone rely on valet trash services that don't pick up when scheduled or don't take boxes.. Instead of valet trash pick up why not invest in fixing the parks or some of the older apartments."

"Been living here for 2 years. Maintenance take forever to fix’s things that you request for over months. Sometimes they come look and don’t even fix. They recently have a new trash service where they come and pick up your trash for you, sometimes people can’t deliver there trash at the designated time, residence can still be at work, and now they removed the trash bins to one location throughout this whole apartment complex. What would normally be a 2 min walk to take out the trash has now turned into about 10 min walk.This complex also have a really bad case of mice and rat infestation. They need to be more clear on instructions. Parking is bad, 75 dollar a month for parking that is not reserved for you. It is so small we have hard times getting in and out of our cars. Don’t be surprised if you find dents on your cars. I don’t recommend repeat DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!"
