"They scheduled me to show up and look at apartments. After I show up. They told me they don't have time for me and told me to. Have a nice day. If this is how they're going to treat future guests, I want to make sure people know before they schedule that there's a good chance they're going to waste your time. Chelsea was very rude, unprofessional and within one minute of being in the office told me she doesn't have time for me after they scheduled me an appointment."

"Deerfield apartments was such a scam. When I was interested in leasing the lady Chelsea Allen was suppose to be assisting me. I submitted the application on Friday, she called me and told me my references didn’t answer and she’d try again but they need to answer by the following Thursday. I gave her in an email alternative numbers for my references. Monday I called her no answer. Tuesday I called her no answer. Wednesday I called and emailed no answer. Thursday I called no answer. Then she called me at 2p Thursday and said no one answered, I need proof of name change ( which I sent in the same email ). She said by 6p 4hrs from the time she called me my application would be cancelled. Then I mentioned how I called her and she said “ I was out “ honestly someone should be picking up her cases or something in this case because now we are here. She called me Friday morning to tell me the application is cancelled and I needed more items. I checked with my past landlords they both said they never received a call and would be willing to send an email reference to speed up the process. I was so turned off by the way she handled everything especially, me wasting 100$ on admin fee and not getting it back. Do not risk your money! Do not work with these people, this is a scam! They didn’t hold up their end of the contract of processing my information or even reaching out to me. If anything I did her job and reached out to my references and gave them her number to call. Go elsewhere. If the leasing office is this unorganized and terrible I’m sure the current tenants barely get maintainer assistance or any leads from the leasing office!"

"This place served it's purpose: it was a cheap place place to live while we saved for our wedding and the down payment for our house. It was not particularly nice but the staff was always helpful in the office and things were repaired on time. The month we moved in and the month we moved out shared the distinction of hosting murders- the first in the parking lot and the second in an apartment. We got letters assuring us that these were "highly targeted and not random" but included safety tips either way. There was a murder at the apartment complex across the street and at the shopping center nearby so I don't think this was a specifically Deerfield Run problem. I never felt unsafe while living here. There are woods to run around in which was always nice to do and plenty to do nearby. Somethings were walkable but most of Laurel is best if you have a car. I still tell co-workers to look into this apartment complex because it was cheap and allowed me to buy a house afterwards."

"There are coach roaches within the apartment and maintaince take their time to come."
