"The worse about living in the complex is dealing with the office staff. They are rude, disrespectful, agressive, and not helpfull at all. If there are not issues or you do not need to deal with them, the complex is ok. But if anything does not work, it is always a very stressful and exhausting esperience to engage with the staff. This has become worse aftert the complex was sold to another management company. Renewing the lease and veryfing rentersas inssurance was a hastle, because you are forced to do it using a site, that is suppler glitchy. When you go to the office to talk to a human to make sure your issue gets address, they refuse to talk to you and say they will only look maitnance requests online. When you send emails asking for more information or clarification items, those take days to be answered, and are never clear, which requires a bunch of follow up emails. We just renewed out lease, but definelly not staying here for another year."

"When folks leave reviews they are mostly negative however, today I want to leave a positive review for the maintenance staff at Elme. I have lived many of places but the Elme at Dulles maintenance staff has been by far the best staff I’ve encountered. I’ve recently moved in and there have been a few things that I needed addressed. Typically, when I have put I’ve put in a request it takes days or weeks before matters are addressed but not here at Elme! These guys are on top on of it. They are responsive, quick, and efficient. I know that they have many requests coming in and I physically see them working hard around the area on others home. So I personally want to thank them and shout them! Thank you to the staff at a The Elme at Dulles."

"Lived here for a year when it was assembly Dulles. Actually living there wasn’t bad but getting security deposit back after was like pulling teeth. It took them 3 emails and a month to finally respond to my inquiry asking where the deposit was after the 45 day mark. When I finally did get in contact, they were dismissive and passed me around to other people on their team . In the end they still withheld a large portion of the sec deposit for “carpet damage” and “carpet cleaning fee”, however there wasn’t any damage beyond wear and tear and the carpet cleaning fee was never discussed prior to signing and was not in the lease agreement. Basically living here is normal but management is scummy"

"I really have noticed a difference since my apartment is now run by elme. The care is there and theyre responsive to emails :) i would recommend living here ^^"

"First time we have ever lived in an apartment and love it! Apartment is beautiful! I think we have the best maintenance guys, they care so much about out safety and even brings us big empry appliance boxes so our 8 year old can make a fort! And our leasing office staff is fantastic! Staying on top of things, giving us announcements, finding new and exciting way to be involved in our community. Caroline in the office, makes sure that we understand any processes, paperwork or rules for the community and is FANTASTIC at following up to make sure we are satisfied!"
