Michael goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend that existing and future residents work with him on any questions"

"The use of the word LUXURY!!! is strictly for marketing of these apartments and is DECEPTIVE on all levels. This is NOT luxury living in 3 weeks of living here my car has be left on bricks!! wheels stolen, your property is definitely not safe. The hallways smell and the carpet is dirty, there is constant dog barking from another tenant, (zero peace and comfort) the walls are super thin you hear every foot step every toilet flush you hear everything, I’ve smelt marijuana multiple times both in the parking lot and building. Luxury is a complete experience not just a concept and I can assure you my experience at this apartment is not luxury please deliver what you advertise do better."

"I have been here for 5 months and have enjoyed it so far. The apartments are nice and clean, staff are very pleasant, and the awesome maintenance guys are quick to fix any issues. At no time have I felt unsafe here which is the most important thing to me with anywhere I live."

"This place and the management team sucks. However, the maintenance team is nice. Do not move here. It says luxury, but there is nothing luxury about it. The walls are thin; residents don't clean up after their dogs; and it reeks of cigarettes and marijuana despite being a smoke-free property. I even had a letter send to my apartment indicating the smell of marijuana was coming from my unit. I had to remind them I have a top secret clearance and randomly drug tested. Goes to show how poor the apartments are constructed and the poor ventaliation. I hate living here and will not be renewing my lease. DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"The apartments are very nice and the location is great, but since moving in two days ago I've had issues with the towing company towing our cars twice. I think the apartment complex should make it more clear that your parking pass needs to be on a specific part of the dashboard ("visible" to you may not be visible to the towing company) and that they also tow if you have expired tags, which I did not know prior to moving in (and ironically had my car towed the same day I had my DMV appointment). It's definitely a headache to spend an entire day moving in and then waking up and having your car gone."
