"If you are looking for a new apartment to live in, I highly discourage you from moving into Spring Parc. I moved here 3 years ago and had a nice experience living here until they changed their management team a year ago. I’ve had bad experiences with roaches and mice, and while the mice are gone the roaches are still an issue. Management is not timely or organized with addressing issues brought up by tenants. And most recently, our AC stopped working properly 4 days ago and the issue is yet to be solved despite it being 90+ degrees outside all week. I am currently writing this review while sitting in my apartment which is now mid-80 degrees inside at night without a working AC. It is inconvenient for my family and me to live in these conditions. It is unacceptable that the staff have been unexpectedly slow in fixing this urgent problem despite us making this AC problem known to them on day 1. My patience has worn thin at this point. This experience is not worth the nearly $2000 I pay every month in rent and I am very disappointed in what Spring Parc has become. I will say it again- DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"The maintenance personnel did extremely well in bringing and fixing the refrigerator. He was very professional. However, the portal is not user friendly and the management has not still responded to my maintenance request I emailed them more than three months. The apartment is in a very bad shape that needs urgent and immediate attention and I'm taking this opportunity to request a visit by your office and see for yourself. I have been living in this unit for twenty years and needs maintenance work. Thanks!"

"I had a great experience tour ing the apartment on Tuesday 15th.I am concerned about the lease application I completed few days ago and wanted to be sure I called the lease office yesterday to talk to someone about the dociments needed. I was surprised to learn from the agent that I applied for a two-bed room apartment instead of a three bedroom. This morning August 18,I went the to show the screen shots of part of my application that shows three bedrooms with 2 baths. The reception was not what I was expecting. The agent at the office seemed to be the same person who gave us the tour. She asked me to bring 6 pay stubs and bank statements. On the other hand, I I received a response to my lease application that I should bring one month pay statements. I feel a discouraged and left."

"Both agents were very knowledgeable of the property. I could not walk the steps to 4th floor to see the apartment they were showing so the young lady went to the apartment and did a virtual tour for me. She was such a blessing. I am truly grateful to know that there are such caring young people in the work place. Customer service gets a 100% star rating from me. Shelia Nichols"
