"If I could give negative stars, I would. The pest problem is RIDICULOUS! The trash cans are always overflowing as if there aren’t enough dumpsters in each complex. I registered for a parking pass and did not get it until eight months later, I’m not exaggerating and within that time my car was towed! A custodian mops the floor every morning and just leaves it soaking wet without placing a sign down. I almost fell. Did I mention the pests? I have severe anxiety and was told I am not allowed to have a balcony covering .. I have to go through the process of getting a letter waiting for it to be reviewed and a whole bunch of nonsense just so I can feel comfortable sitting on my balcony. Again.. the pest."

If you ask for service request takes month to technician to arrive and he can even complete a simple task. Apartments are to old you can hear people walking in the apartment above"
