"Came to see the apartments last week because I’m thinking of relocating. Wasn’t going to come based of the bad reviews, but I loved the way I was welcomed and introduced to the area. The area is nice and the location is very convenient. The young lady Lili was showing me and explaining everything and just appreciated the genuine hospitality I got from her. It’s so refreshing to just be treated like that which was one of my red flags I’ve gotten from other locations trying to oversell. If you are looking around definitely try to come here to experience it and recommend lili"

"Have not been in a lease since 5/2022. Moved out in 5/2023. Mind you, I've lived here since 2018 (you would think a little understanding and courtesy would be given) I should have simply NOT paid my rent like others. I Gave 30 day notice and these people are trying to charge me $1445.00 because I did NOT give a 60 day notice? Who the hell has $1445.00 to throw away. While residing with these people, I've paid during the Pandemic, when others weren't, kept the unit up DESPITE fighting with the roaches and RATS. Yes a 60 day notice would be given IF I WAS IN A SIGNED LEASE. 30 days notice was given. The amount these people are charging is ridiculous. BBB HERE I COME!!! This place is packed with RATS and ROACHES and a TON of bad reviews and BBB complaints. Look them up. Vehicles being told, my daughter went to collect her vehicle and the tow company "said" there was to parking pass in the vehicle, when the tow company employee and my daughter walked to the damn car, the damn parking pass was hanging in the rear-view mirror (REALLY)."

"New management is doing inspections. I don’t know the woman’s name but she was black I believe. I opened my door and informed them give me just a moment. I have 2 dogs that I don’t want running out of the apartment. Im putting on their harness and she rudely starts to open my door when I asked for a moment. I am present in the home so there’s no need barge in. She complains saying they’re waiting outside, I’m excuse me I asked for a moment and I will tell you when to enter the apartment. I truly did not appreciate that and in top of that she was so scared of the dogs ON LEASHES that I was holding in the kitchen that she said the inspection couldn’t be completed. If your complex allows dogs why have someone who is clearly so afraid do inspections?"
