"I’ve been leaving here since 2012 and since they change owner it’s very bad there’s not enough parking lot. Maintenance try the best but they take long customer service, It’s good they improve. It was kind of bad. you pay for parking and you don’t even find one. You have to pay for visiting parking . no good everything change for worse I really don’t recommend it. I’m trying to find some other place but it’s hard expensive to. We already went to strike rent last two years I was with casa Maryland. But it went for worse this year, when we renew the rent again. I don’t recommend that they need to do any improvement inside the units to remodel everything But they always get you excuse. So I really don’t recommend it. And the school for the kids it’s bad no good school. Now these days everything anywhere you go it’s gonna be hard to. I will leave it up to you. Good luck."
"Office is always closed, staff is rude and discriminate if you do not speak Spanish. Property is poorly kept, with trash and litter. Buildings have a pest and sewage problem. Parking is a nightmare! You and your guests will be towed 24 hrs a day with or without a pass. The hwy is very loud and route to lots of car robberies and car racing."
"I’ve been collaborating with the office for two months now. We are mostly discussing things around their community pool. I really like and appreciate how they communicate and deal with certain stuff. Every time I have a conversation about the pool or I need to discuss something, Silvia and Miuriel are more than happy to help."
"Wonderful place to call home! Moved in a year ago…excellent management! Silvia the property manager is very professional and will work with you if you have difficulties in any situation. She is an example of how all property managers should be. Maintenance is very good at fixing all the issues tht need to be fixed and you don’t have to wait days unlike at others apt complexes. You should try Westgate Apts especially if you have a family with kids.. these apts are very big and spacious. Fireplaces are excellent in the winter time( great place if you want to sit around with the kids eating marshmallows, or even just spending time and keeping warm) … in front of the fireplace) 5 star apts"
