"Called this store and they said they closed at 9 pm. After arriving before 9 they would not service my friend and I. Then tried to blame it on “not having the staff”. She was literally at the register checking someone out. I felt completely disregarded, perhaps it was my appearance. If they weren’t willing to service people prior to 9 pm that should’ve been stated when we called."
