"The place was dirty and unkept. Management and maintenance were both terrible. Obviously don’t care about their tenants. Never move here. I guarantee you’ll regret it."

"Let me say we don’t even live on the property, we were inquiring. I set my appointment 2 weeks ago and rescheduled it for today January 26th. My family and I drove all the way from Baltimore County to view their apartments only to be turned away in a very displeasing, ignorant & graceless fashion. We arrived at 4:44 yet their website states they close at 5:00. I’ve called multiple times throughout the week to confirm my appointment yet no one has ever reached back out to me, I’ve also called the day of (today) to let someone aware of how behind we would be running. Upon walking to the door we were stared down as if their faces were disgusted with our presence, the guy whom appeared to be the maintenance supervisor locked the door behind him and we asked through the door can we speak to someone only for him to word with his mouth that they are closed. I replied it is not 5:00 holding my phone up to the glass to show the time on my phone, and that we had an appointment, but all he did was walk away from the door in the middle of talking to him. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if they were the last place on earth and as someone that once worked in leasing for a few years I wouldn’t have EVER turned someone away in that fashion. They didn’t inquire our names, phone numbers to reach us and possibly reschedule or anything, just basically said to “go on and get”. The demographic in the area appears to have been of Mexican or Dominican descent, which we don’t mind by any means. It’s just hard to believe us being black didn’t play a factor in them turning us away and not getting a shred of information from us. None the less my family & I thank you for turning us away so we can go where we are welcomed and a property better upkept with no trash lying on the street and broken windows in their building. Cheap prices are bound to catch anyone’s eye in regard to the prices of other apartment complexes, yet I’ll take a little bit pricier place with a more respectful leasing crew any day. Please save yall time and money. The fact that they have only 2 stars is for a reason & we should’ve taken heed to that ourselves, unfortunately trying to not judge nothing before it’s time has costed us time and money."

"Run! Run! Run! The crazy part is I never actually moved In. I got approved instantly and got a move in date on Oct 31,2023 and got a phone call on my move in date that my apartment is not READY. I paid for movers and gave my current rental office my 30days notice. Everything folded. The rental office was just so unprofessional and the lack of communication was HORRIBLE. So, from 31st -Nov14 I still didn’t move in, they claimed the carpet people still haven’t came to add carpet. They don’t communicate with you, nor answer the phones. I had to leave work 2 times to come and speak personally and still nothing was done but they want to collect money. I called no answer, I called from a different number and guess what they ANSWERED. Smh!!! Desiree and the front desk lady need to be FIRED. They are the worst and unprofessional and don’t care at all. I wasn’t the type to read reviews I like to see for myself BUT boy I should’ve everything that everyone is saying is so TRUE. Please don’t move here , it’s plenty of wonderful apartments y’all can apply for. I’m also seeking a lawyer…… please run from laurel pines RPM."

"In just over 5 months, my car has been broken into 2, I have seen homeless people sleeping in the lobby, and now our mailboxes have been broken into. The office takes no responsibility for anything or they just don't reply. Plus, they email us reminding us rent is due, then add additional.items after you make the initial payment. Again, they took no responsibility. Trash is horrendous. Piles upon piles. Mice. Do not sign a lease unless you want daily issues."

"I would not recommend living in these apartment complex. My family & I moved in last July & recently left highly disappointed. A month after moving in my husband and I noticed bite marks in our 3 year old daughter and 1 1/2 year son. We immediately notified the leasing office and noticed the unit was fully infested with bed bugs. Leasing office did nothing for an entire month so we hired our own pest control. After we had our outside pest control come and fumigate the unit the bed bugs slowly started to go away but months later they came back. Leasing office promised they would have their pest control come back out to redo another treatment. They “scheduled it” but no one ever came out. On top of the bed bugs, we noticed mice in our unit. After we inspected the unit we noticed behind the dishwasher a huge hole where the mice were coming from. Leasing office said they send maintenance out to “cover” the hole and they did send someone but the problem was not resolved. We could hear the mice inside the stove and walls. The mice continued break through the walls and even come out of the stove from the kitchen. My husband and I put in tickets for the leasing office and no one ever came out for it. We took it upon ourselves for the health of our children to get mouse traps and we would catch at least 8 mice per week. Whenever we went to the leasing office the doors were closed and a sign showing they would open at 10:00am or 11:00am. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes or even attempt to correct the issues. We finally were able to speak to someone at the leasing office to end our lease. Before that we did pay for the month of September 2023. After speaking with the person at the leasing office they mentioned we had until September 10,2023 to move out even though we paid for the entire month of September. Currently, they are charging me for the month of October. We are no longer living on the property and we still haven’t received our money back for the month of September. We were told by someone in the leasing office we would receive the money back since we are no longer living on the property. In conclusion, please don’t move into these complex. They don’t care for anyone who lives here and unfortunately my family had to experience this the hard way. I’m currently waiting outside the leasing office and google says they open at 9:00am but no one is here and the sigh says they open at “11:00am”."
