"I Ordered from drizly and waited two hours. I never had to wait that long or had issues with my Alias name not matching my id. Who actually put their real name on subscriptions. I am 31 as the driver seen on my id. I had to call the store to see why it was taking so long. They told me a driver is unavailable so for two hours a person couldn’t reach out to me?… So that I could cancel it. The driver is very rude that delivers from sterling liquors. After we changed the name on the account to match the id they still didn’t want to deliver my item. So name and address matched the id the second time but they didn’t want to serve my gf neither. Her name and address is on the id That matched the Drizly account. I suggest just go to the store or make sure everything matches your id or they won’t give you the item you paid for. But thank you drizly for giving me my money back."

"Ordered from drizly and driver came with my item but looked at my id and wouldn’t give me my product. All because my address on my id didn’t match my current address. His boss was also rude about it. I mean who actually runs to Mva to update their id."
