"When we first moved in, something happened in the livingroom breaker. It was continously sparking for some reason. We called the main office and they sent a person to help us. The person was really kind and he fixed the issue really fast. Apparently a wire was lose in the breaker. After that we had no problem and it was really nice to live there for 2 years. They're gym is really big and has all the stuff that you need."

"Worst apartments, we gave apartment neat and clean still end up paying around 175 dollars fine. We stayed for 3 years they never changed the carpet.carpet are very bad. We encountered snakes roaming right next to the house leasing office don’t care about the complaints worst employees.never and ever take the ground floor you never know snakes might be going next to your bed especially with toddlers you have to be careful when you choose ground floor."

"Although in the end the nature of my home-office work required me to live other than in apartment setting, I had been looking forward to becoming part of the Stuart Woods community—largely because of the exceptional assistance and professionalism of Leasing Consultant Emily Coates. From my initial exploration through a multitude of details and questions, she took a personal interest in and devoted considerable time to helping me to arrive at the option that would have been best suited to my needs. In short, I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, responsive and personable guide to all aspects of the community and to the processes through which I would become a tenant there. Emily is an outstanding representative of the community and its management and I know will assist any prospective tenants equally well."

"I have stayed here for more than 2 years. Just wanted to put some reviews about pros and cons. Pros: Apartments are convenient, nice community with lots of trails near by, walking distance to shoppings, hospitals. Cons: These people won't give you back your security deposit for sure and top of that they charged for bath tub cleaning and bath refinishing (I don't understand why I have to pay for this) $320, that's hell lot of money. They also added damages ( I didn't do any other than push pins), dishwasher cleaning etc etc now I am paying more than 500 just to vacate the apartment even though I have handed over the apartment with decent condition. I have stayed more than 12 years in different apartments in different states. I have never paid single penny."

"This is a great apartment complex. Most of my neighbors are very respectful and quiet. Also, I love their Gym that is open 24/7. It has everything I need, plus a yoga and spin area with a touch screen panel for classes."
