"I have never experience such management! Every time there is an issue or you wish to speak with the managers they are never available or have gone home early. Amanda is never in the office. I don't even know if she still works there, you never see her. She doesn't respond to emails and the "new" assistant community manager seems to follow right behind her. Mai is the only one who is ever available. I appreciate her and the Front Desk agent for being as helpful as they possibly can. Unfortunately, some issues require management which they clearly lack! I hope someone in management is able to properly address the residents issues before the end of the year! I don't wish to renew my lease if this is what I am provided with."

"I have rented in different states for many years and this has been the best rental process I have ever had. The property itself is nice and clean and secure. The amenities are great with appropriate hours. The apartment is great and updated. There was very little out of place upon move in: Chandler has been absolutely fantastic. From the time I stepped in to seek a place of residence on short notice, he made sure that he was keeping me in the loop and facilitated the process smoothly. I even requested to switch units the day before move in and he made it happen. I have also had only amazing interactions with all the concierges and they have all been so willing to help. My move was made much easier with the layout of the freight elevator. I may not have lived here for a long time, but I definitely wanted to acknowledge the hard work and care every single person has put into my moving process. Thank you!!"

"The Met has been great, I have no complaints (Except maybe the portal system I can't seem to get that settled to be able to pay my rent). However, the best thing about The Met is a leasing agent named Mai. She was the concierge and did such an amazing job that got hired on to be a leasing agent. That is a testament of how amazing she is at what she does. Her attention to detail with residents is superb and makes residents feel very special. Mai's professionalism will take her very far in her career. If you are thinking of getting a tour please consider reaching out to Mai specifically."

"I’ve been a resident for more than a year. I’ll give you the good and the bad. First the good: By far, the best thing about this place is the maintenance staff. The head maintenance guy and his team are extremely professional, prompt and always friendly. The cleanliness and upkeep of the entire place is just superb. Truly the one redeeming quality of the building. The bad: I don’t understand these excellent comments about Pam. They’re suspiciously good. She has been be rude to us on several occasions. As a front desk concierge she oversteps her bounds and acts like a manager. I don’t enjoy interacting with her. The leasing staff is a collective mess. Disorganized to no end; they don’t seem to know what’s going on. The walls are thin here, and so are the floors. You’ll be able to hear your neighbors beside and above you very clearly."
