"This comment is in reference to my experience with 3 representatives at Blvd Forty-Four. I receive over and above assistance from Cynthia and Mrs Monique on a regular basis. Whenever I have packages they both are pleasant and helpful. They accommodate my requests or direct me to the proper point of contact to get the information I need promptly. Their standout customer service (including maintenance staff Sam) are what makes living here so comfortable. Thanks for all that you do."
"My boyfriend and I just moved into BLVD 44 and we really love it. It's a great location, and everyone we talk to with the apartment complex is so nice. The concierge staff are amazing - Shoutout to Mamadou for always saying hello and getting the door when we have the dogs with us. I honestly have no complaints so far. Lived here for two months and it's amazing. We put in about 4 maintenance requests so far and they were all answered the very next day."
"Regine has been an amazing agent, giving me the tour of the units. She has patiently answered all my inquiries, and she was very passionate and transparent about the entire process. I really loved that she was very genuine and truthful about the property. Overall, this place seems amazing, and I hope Regine will continue to work here for a long time!"
"I've lived here for about a year and a half and couldn't be happier with my experience here! The building, the units, and all the amenities are designed very well, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool, gym, rooftop areas, and other amenities are really nice as well! Monique and Mamadou, and the rest of the staff at the concierge, have always been so sweet and so helpful with anything I've needed help with. They go above and beyond to provide a nice experience, and I always enjoy getting to see them! Sam and the rest of the maintenance team are always on point as well, and do whatever it takes to make sure everything in our unit is working properly! Overall, the building and the staff are excellent, and would definitely recommend living here to anyone!"
