"Bob may be a great guy but his staff, the guy who "opened" his store yesterday (12/23/23) was not. I was at the store at 10am and there was no sign of life. As I was walking away, I turn around and saw someone 15 yards away walking to the store. When he put a key in the door, I asked are you open. He mumbled something and went inside. I walked back and the door was locked. I guess he was the Grinch."
