"Did a walk through yesterday, worked with a guy named Lincoln Osbon who was communicating through text the entire time walking me through the process. Apartment itself is beautiful. Please ask to work with Lincoln Osbon if you enjoy doing things by yourself like me. He was able to give me access codes to the unit i was looking at all virtually. Hes located in Denver CO himself but felt like he was next to me the entire time. Great customer service!"
"I’ll admit that some of the things I’ve read here are true, but after speaking with someone from Station, they were able to alleviate my concerns and answer all of my questions. Maria was an enormous help, as well as an extremely patient listener while she had to listen to me rant for a little while about my frustrations. She was extremely professional and a huge help. "*** WORST Apartment Complex, WORST Management *** My best-friend and I rented an apartment here for a year. Till the end of our lease we was looking towards the bright side which was the location of our apartment. This community has absolutely nothing to offer. If you never had any issues in your previous apartment complex and want to experience how poor the management can be first hand; rent out a unit here and you'll know. Throughout our 1-year lease here we have had multiple incidents/suspicious encounters, let me elaborate some of them. 1. Lets start with the management, people here are absolutely poor in managing the entire community, they have started working remotely on Wednesdays which is not updated on their sites or on Google. The leasing managers are never available if you call them. 2. The entire community claims to be smoke free, but no one really cares. There are cigarette buds lying on the hallway carpets and the rooftop is always a hotspot where residents are blowing clouds. We have seen people from outside smoking in the garage. 3. Valet Trash: Don't even get me started on how horrible the service here is. The timetable says trash should be picked up from 6 - 8 pm in the evening. But these guys have their own timings and pick it up at 1:00 am in the morning. Eventually leading hallways with an extremely bad odor as the residents keep the trash out since 5:30 in the eve. 4. There's a random dude who sleeps in the foyer outside the leasing office, no one knows who that guy and no actions were taken. There are also multiple break-in reports I have heard, property doesn't seem to mind and there are no security cameras in the hallways, entrances or even garage. 5. There are only 2 elevators in this huge building, and both of them never works. Every week they have the testing people come in, and it still wont work. 6. Residents who stay here are so messy and dirty, they never clean after their dogs, never keep the trash properly, there's always disgusting fluid coming out on the carpets and valet service is apparently okay with that. It's an absolute waste of money to stay here and not to mention the stress from file alarms which goes off at random time."
