The Mark at Dulles Station Apartments

"Lived at the Mark since the summer of 2023. I’d say it’s an excellent place to call home if you need an apartment. The staff is friendly and responsive to my wife and I’s needs and any maintenance issue is resolved very quickly. The amenities are above average (pool and a good gym) and most importantly the building and surrounding are very safe. Having the silver line of the metro so close and covered parking are excellent as well. My one complaint would be the lack of lockout services but that only affects you if you’re a bit of a dummy (like me) and lock yourself out. Overall I’ve been far more satisfied with this complex (most of all the management) than any other apartment complex I have lived at. Happy to call the Mark home."

"This apartment has everything! A gym, a pool, and even restaurants under the building. We love it! Paloma was a great help with our lease. She made sure all of our questions were answered and was warm and welcoming when showing us the units. On our move-in day, Enrique helped us in walking through a smooth transition. Another staff helped us too. Overall, a great place with great people!! Thank you Paloma and Enrique for a warm welcome to our new home!"

"I will be wrapping my stay here at the Mark up in a couple of months but I did want to give my honest feedback on the Mark. It is not a bad place to live. The apartments are pretty nice, all inclusive utilities prevents for unexpected Cable, Water and Heating bills plus its location next to the Metro Station and one stop away with a Giant a block away and about a mile down the road from the new Wegmans makes everything in reach. The best part are the beautiful flowery trees that blossom for about 8 weeks from end of summer to the beginning of fall. I spend alot of night’s cooking dinner and just eating by the trees from my balcony. My dentist office is in the building and Alo Vietnam has tasty food and good drinks and is also in the building. My biggest reason for not renewing my lease is the only real problem I have with the Mark. The Amenities are sorta bad. The gym is pretty legit but the residents/coffee lounge is pretty lame, the courtyards could use alot of moderntizaton and the residents have been pleading for a package acceptance station. The reason why I am moving is alot of more amenity-filled apartments have opened up near by for the same or even less than what my rent is expected to be with the rate increase that will no doubt come. I simply can’t justify paying so much forcso little. Especially knowing other neighboring apartments have utilities packages too"

"I have only been in this apartment complex for a year and I love this place. The apartment is in an ideal location with the new metro station and far away enough from the hustle and bustle of city life. The apartment is always clean, repairs are always prompt and effective. I generally dont normally give names when giving a review but in this case I will like to give a shout out to the management team: Paloma, Mikey, Ryan, Enrique and Dan!. They have been very helpful in everything. I cant thank them enough. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it."
