"I haven’t been a patient of Dr. Coombs long, but our experience has been wonderful. We switched practices after our old PCP moved to Bethel Park. The standard she set was high (she caught my lymphoma early on and moved heaven amd earth to get me the surgeries and testing I needed within weeks), but the support we’ve had from this office meets that standard. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, this office has come through with doctor’s notes to enable me to utilize available paid-leave programs to mitigate my family’s risk (wife was pregnant and now we have a newborn) and has also come through in helping me to schedule a COVID-19 test after direct contact and when popular urgent-care options were unable to assist me quickly. Truly a Primary CARE Physician."

"Employees sit and discuss 80% of the time where and when someone was sleeping with whom, and where someone was resting, and 10% will provide the patient. I understand we are all people, but do your job at the work, and then personal life! Diagnosis was incorrect, recommendations unrighteous, they do not listen and they do not care! I turned to another clinic, where professionals work, and not rumor gatherers! Now I have a different droctor, not Dr. Sniezek"

"I love the receptionists they’re so nice depending to which office you go to. That’s the only reason this is not getting one star to be honest. I sadly had to change PCPs to Dr. Sniezek and he is okay. He should work harder on trying to make a relationship with its patients, it would make them more comfortable and easy to open up about things but instead of feeling like someone you trust with your life talking to him feels like talking to a stranger whom you don’t see often?? Not happy with him wish my old PCP was back!!"

"I scheduled an appointment for my yearly pap smear and to hopefully get a new medication for symptoms I've been experiencing for years. I scheduled a full day off of work, got there early, waited an hour in the waiting room, receptionists were rude, and not very friendly, nor did they listen, and they weren't very interactive with the patients. Upon meeting the nurse practitioner, she refused to do my pap, even though it was the only day off I could schedule for 3 months, and she refused to prescribe anything for the symptoms I've been experiencing. I schedule my husband for an appt to refill his medications, change all his medications without asking him, then refuse to set up an appt to change back. I call and leave messages, no one returns my calls. My husbands either. I have filed complaints with the office manager repeatedly, and she does nothing. I was told i am not allowed to pick up my husband's rx for him, even though we signed paperwork allowing me to do so. They tell me their late days are Mondays and Thursdays until 7pm for my husband to pick up his rx personally, he gets there at 6pm and the doors are locked. He knocks on the window because he can see the receptionist. She looks at him then goes back to what she's doing. No accountability. No respect for others times or schedules. No respect for patient needs."
