"I’ve had such a great experience from Perkins Place. Jackie in the front office has been FANTASTIC. Everybody is so prompt and helpful and I always looked forward to the fun emails and raffles that they did. It was pet friendly and our puppy LOVED making friends with everybody. This was my first move and being new to the area but my experience at Perkins place was so great! Highly recommend to anybody looking in the area."

"We (my wife and I) have lived here for 2 years, and have loved living here! If it was not for job relocation, we would definitely not be leaving! Jackie and the maintenance staff are all very friendly and helpful. Anytime I have needed assistance with a small matter (such as adding cats to our rent) or a small maintenance request (for a little issue with our bathroom faucet) the staff has assisted us in resolving the matter within one day! We have also felt very safe and comfortable throughout our time here. One small things to keep in mind: for us living on a bottom floor apartment the place is quite cold in the winter with the concrete (making our winter electric more expensive). However, in the summer it stays quite cool and our bill is quite cheap. We would both highly recommend this place to others!"

"Perkins Place is a quiet, comfortable, relatively small community. A supermarket, pharmacy and other establishments are within a mile, and there is easy access to I-95. Jackie and the rest of the staff keep everything maintained extremely well, and the townhomes themselves are spacious and reasonably priced. Repair requests are answered quickly, parking is easy and accommodates guests, sidewalks are treated prior to snow and the streets are promptly cleaned off after, and there are even little perks like free light bulb and smoke detector battery replacements. The fact I only needed to communicate with the property staff infrequently is a testament to how well everything is run. Like every place, there are some small quibbles. Each row of townhomes generally has to share a common backyard area. The properties are located near many trees, so it is important to watch for bugs getting inside (although the staff is also extremely diligent in treating for pests). There are a few dumpsters for taking out trash but only one recycling dumpster. Public transportation in the area is limited and not generally easy to reach, depending on your needs. In the end, I lived here for a little over 2.5 years and only had to leave because of relocation to another state for a job. This was my home, and I was sorry to say goodbye."

"We've lived here for 5 years and we love it. Jackie is very nice and always helpful and the staff are very attentive and friendly. They keep it clean and well maintained. The grounds are pretty and there's a fenced in dog park too. Very pet friendly community. Neighbors are all nice and quiet. Never had any problems with parking or noise since we've lived here. There's an elementary school nearby and it's very good. There's also a grocery store, pharmacy, urgent care center, credit union, gas stations, a community pool, restaurants and hotels within 1 mile. We highly recommend living at Perkins Place!"

"If I could give 10 stars I would! My family and I just recently relocated from south Florida to Maryland due to a company transfer. After looking around at so many other locations, I felt drawn to Perkins Place after my initial inquiry to Jackie. She was not only prompt, attentive & informal, but she is such a pleasure! The area is great, and the homes are beautiful, clean and have great amenities. The maintenance of the ground is some of the best I’ve seen. This place is for sure a hidden gem, and feels like home.I foresee my family, and I calling Perkins place home for quite sometime. I’m sure all other residents feel the same as we received one of the last left of these beautiful homes. If you are in the process of looking for a rental in the area I highly recommend you check them out!"
