"Brought my child here and they did a good job. The wait can a be a little long but usually still shorter than the other urgent care location. It seems like most of the providers are knowledgeable and you can get basic testing done like strep and flu."
"My daughter was just at this location to be seen for severe seasonal allergies. Saira George was who she was seen by, as this was the second time she's been seen by this Dr, with 1st visit being for something else. 1st visit this Dr was condescending, rude, rolled eyes, belittled her and she was no different second time seeing her. Tried to make my daughter feel like what she was there for was inaccurate and tried saying it was something else and went in to describe basic flu symptoms. My daughter has battled seasonal allergies most of her life and OTC meds are no longer working and has not been able to get into an allergist to get something to help. Do better WVU on how you let your employees treat patients who choose to use your facilities!"
