"Please be aware of the exorbitant prices for the vaccines that you receive at this facility! The Passport Health Infonet was malfunctioning when the 4 of us in our group went in June this year. There was a staff RN and a new trainee RN at this Carnegie, Pennsylvania facility. The nurses did not disclose the cost of the vaccines prior to the administration of my 4 vaccines, stating that the Infonet was not working. We had used this service in 201 7, and speculated that the fees would be similar. It was not until my credit card was already charged $797.00 that I learned of the exorbitant fees. The RN should have known that 2 of the vaccines would have been more affordable at our PCP's or health department, and should have informed us of this. Instead, we were given these 2 injections: MMR booster was $231.00 and the Tdap was $142.00. Medicare would have paid for both vaccines, or at a lower price, and this company should have known this and informed us of this. The RN also recommended that the 4 of us call to schedule to have the cholera vaccine administered closer to the time of our trip to Africa. Luckily, we researched and discovered that cholera vaccines are not to be administered to persons of 64 years or older. We are all 65+! Few facilities administer the Cholera vaccines, and Passport Health charges $395.00. We trusted the RN to give us accurate information, but she breached her duty by recommending a vaccine that was inappropriate for all of us, as there has not been research and studies of persons over 64 years of age. Therefore, she placed us all at risk. The corporate supervisor declined my request for a refund of the Tdap and MMR booster vaccines, which was $373.00 total."

"Very much appreciate having a travel resource like Passport Health nearby. When I made the appointment I indicated where I was traveling to and a full list of vaccination requirements and suggestions were waiting for me at check-in. The appointment was quick and pleasant. 5 stars, way better than going to the pharmacy for travel health needs. Would recommend for sure!"
