The vet technician and vet were both so caring and understanding even when my cat got a bit ornery when being checked out. It was huge having a place to take my cat to for a non-emergency medical issue when my regular vet was closed, and the price was reasonable too. "In the age of overly busy vet clinics and emergency clinics that are turning people away, I am so appreciative of Petwell. I had set up an account earlier in case I ever needed to go. Today I noticed my dog scooting, and saw that he had some serious inflammation back there. I knew we couldn’t wait the weekend. So I walked in when they opened. They took us within a few minutes. Amazing. The vet tech was thorough and understanding. The vet was compassionate and went beyond just the issue I brought him in for. She made sure everything else was in check. He had an abscess, and she noticed an ear infection. My dog wasn’t a willing participant, but they did a great job working with him. I’m so glad we went today. And I think this clinic has filled an incredible need in our community. Our vets are overloaded, and this is a tremendous peace of mind. They’re also reasonably priced. I highly recommend."

I took my dog in after a serious case of vomiting and diarrhea, I was very worried since we had never been through anything like this, to begin with the fact that it is a walk-in clinic is a big plus, but beyond that, Vet Angel and Dr. Sudberg are really knowledgeable and were incredibly patient and attentive with my dog! Angel listened to all the symptoms, he was very attentive and asked me several questions when he was checking my dog, he explained everything to me. Doctor Sudberg also checked my dog very delicately and explained everything to me very clearly. Ángel clarified all my doubts about the treatment and diagnosis. Within a couple of hours, my dog showed impressive improvement. The staff knows what they are doing, they are friendly, knowledgeable and the price is good. I left there recommending this clinic to all my friends who asked about my dog's health! This was my first experience with Pet Well Clinic and definitely my best experience at a veterinary clinic in Pittsburgh!"
