"IF YOU LIKE TO RELAX AFTER WORK, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SPOT!!! I’ve been in these apartments for over a year. During the first month here our AC went out, which was during summer. Our apartment was 90+ degrees, and this took them more than 48 hours to complete with no compensation for not being able to use our apartment for more than a day, since we didn’t use a hotel. Also within the first month we had 3 baby mice come from under our stove. We called. Nobody ever even came for them since I resolved the issue myself. Fast forward a year. I’ve had to call 4-5 times the past month for my AC not keeping up with the heat. Maintenance guy cleaned it and says it’s working fine and to reduce the production of heat, despite it being 85 degrees when i get home from work with nothing but the AC running. This also increased our power bill very significantly because the AC was constantly running trying to keep up. Now I get home from work today and there is no cold air coming out at all. I would open the windows, but not only are they filthy, but they all have tons of bugs in and around them constantly because nobody ever cleans it. Oh, and just last week I spotted a mouse in the hallway. When I told management, they started telling me options for sticky traps or an exterminator as if it was second nature. The woman had all the info memorized. Ridiculous. So now I sit in my apartment after a hard days work sweating, waiting for a maintenance guy that won’t even come until tomorrow most likely. The maintenance guys are kind, and seem like they know a thing or two. All the issues at Lakecrest comes from the lackluster management. If you can help it, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT APARTMENT!!! Worst part is that they had ads all over the place saying “Stay cool this summer” and whatnot. Meanwhile this is the second summer in a row that my apartment is literally hotter than it is outside. I just want to relax after work. Beautiful area, friendly staff, terrible management."

"After one year my apartment has become my home. After living in a house for over 30 years, there was an adjustment. The maintenance department has been quick to respond to several minor problems in the apartment. The neighbors are all mostly friendly although there has been one apartment that has had domestic problems loud enough to be heard throughout the building. All in all I have had no problem living here."

"Let me first start by saying I have always Loved the Cockeysville area! But I was a little sad and apprehensive about moving here because most of the reviews were pretty bad. But I’m so glad I gave 5 Corners a chance! My apartment was in tip top shape when I moved in. There were a few very minor repairs that were needed, but the maintenance team handled them quickly and were so Professional! I have not seen any pests or rodents of any kind! So far my building is very quiet! This was one of my main concerns. My neighbors (the few I’ve actually seen so far lol) are very polite and stay to themselves! That plays a Huge part in the peace of mind you have at home! I have a beautiful view of the Lake from my Living Room, Bedroom and Kitchen window! The light shimmers off the water at night ✨. Kate is a great Leasing Agent! She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions from Day 1. I’m very pleased with my choice!"

"No one ever did a final walk through as we had 7 things needed maintenance right away. There was also chicken bones in the kitchen cabinet. Once everything has been fixed which took two weeks everything is ok. Loud neighbors but overall it’s alright. If you can afford more, do so….not worth the prices."
