Windmill Chase Apartments

"VERY NOISY and DRAFTY! Walls, doors and windows are PAPER thin and all windows are incredibly drafty which negatively impacts the heating/AC bill. Rent increases are common occurances- too common! Also there's not 24 hour maintenance in case you lock yourself out!?! My building is currently dealing with a mouse infestation! So I guess it's safe to say management is reactive NOT proactive!"

"Windmill Chase Apartments is a lovely complex. I have enjoyed my apartment and the country atmosphere here. I am only 6 minutes away from the Hunt Valley Mall and grocery stores. The office, with our manager Laura is always pleasant and responsive. Our two maintenance men have been here for years. I am always amazed at how quickly and efficiently my requests are completed. I highly recommend Windmill Chase at Loveton Farms."

"Finally the toilet has stopped running most of the time after 5 tries during past couple years by your maintenance crew. The maintenance guy changed out something in the tank but also fixed the handle so it operates better. He dried up my flooded bathroom too. He did a good job. Thank you."

"No walk through, which was unfortunate because I could have seen the apartment before move in. I signed paperwork, gave deposit and was given keys. The apartment was upgraded with new appliances and cabinets which was very nice. However, there was a dirty air filter, AC does not seem to be working correctly, windows were also dirty, plus some do not open easily or at all, and intercom system is pretty old. I think an updated security system with cards that swipe or scan would be better. There was also minimal landscaping around buildings. Very happy with neighborhood and places to walk that are safely lit. Great location and amazing school district."
