"I purxhased a bottle of Disaronna Velvet for a Christmas present, bottle was expired over a year ago and they would not exchange it. They still have the expired bottles on their shelves and refuse to acknowledge they sold me a very old bottle."

"I wish I could give this place a zero!!! The older skinny guy is always pleasant, but the short chubby guy who looks like he’s the owner is very RUDE and ignorant especially towards female customers. I witness him being rude to another female customer because she asked the price of a single beer. Why don’t you try having the prices up if you don’t want someone to ask you about prices. I’m not sure what his issue is with WOMEN but this needs to STOP. This is America buddy!!!!! I ask him a general question ans his demeanor was as if he wants no one to ask him anything. I will never shop there again!!!! I will not support IGNORANCE . One lady stated that she experience the same IGNORANCE with that same guy before smh."

"Edit to add they are open Christmas day 2018. Call for hours though as I am not sure. This is right by that bridge on Joppa Road, not in the traffic jam of Towson nor the traffic around Perring Parkway so it is easy to get into and out of. There is a good parking lot, in that It is not at all one of those lots that is too small for the location and overcrowded and tricky to get in and out of, no cars zipping behind you etc. They have a pretty good selection. I am not sure about their wine selection as I am not a wine person and did not check it out. I have found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. They say hello when I come in and if I seem lost they offer to help me find things, but they do not linger uncomfortably and are in no way intrusive, but will still chat pleasantly if I ask them something or just comment on the day. I think they have reasonable prices on the items I have purchased. I stopped in this place one day on my way from work for the first time within the past year, even though it has been around a while. I like this store so much that I now plan to go there. I like the ease of access, the decent selection and the people who work there."
