"This place is owned by some of the most evil people on earth. Only an evil person would come in and buy out a place, to then raise the rent $700.00. Either move out or pay double the rent. So after 6 years of paying rent on time here, and being in a situation where my husband and I had nowhere else to move to. In tears here, I lost a lot of my personal and sentimental items to these wicked people, who forced my husband and I out on the street. This after having in writing that we had ten days to notify them of our desire to keep our items. They still threw items out. I don't care if the judges and magistrates go along with this wickedness. It does not make it right in the eyes of God."

"Would NOT recommend anyone to rent from this place solely based on how incredibly rude management was to my fiance when he called to get more information about renting. The first time he called this place, the first thing the guy said to him was "what are you and your fiance's jobs because you know these apartments are really expensive right?" ... Like we can't clearly see the price of what the rent is online...my fiancé was simply asking for a tour and more info and then the following day the guy calls him back and says "just wanted to let you know all units are filled, don't call us back again, we'll call you if something opens up" and hung up on him before my fiance could even say anything back. This makes me incredibly angry and sad as the guy never met my fiance before, only saw his name on the contact sheet....very disappointed."

"Maintenance uses their key to get into your apartment when you are not home, no matter the maintenance issue. Mice and bugs in the apartment frequently, management lies to cover maintenance terrible behavior. Lead paint that cracks and chips, as well as mold in units. 20+ year old air conditioning systems that are controlled by management. Walls are super thin, you can hear anything at normal conversation volume and floors creak super loud. My fiancé and I were actually called by management to “not have foot traffic past 9-10pm” because the people below us were irritated. Ridiculous! Property manager Annabelle Davis seemed very nice at first, but then started becoming unprofessional, very rude, harasses you with phone calls, and seemingly no privacy from maintenance or management. Annabelle specifically lies to try and cover for the wrongdoings of herself and the Altman company, she’s the one who sends maintenance in to units with no one home, no phone call or notice. Made me very nervous living here. Never knew if a door was going to fall of its hinges, be met with bugs, or have someone let themselves in to your apartment on any given day of the week. Highly advise not putting up with these people, especially if there are women or kids in the picture."

"My wife and I have lived here for nearly a year. We've been pleased with the response regarding maintenance requests, friendliness of the staff, and the accepting attitude towards my ESA. The price is a little high for our liking, however, we cannot complain about the quality of the apartment and service we get for the price."
