"I called today to get my records and they had to call me back. That's fine. People are busy I understand. When they called me back they kept calling me Jessica. Then told me my records are in Kentucky. My name is not Jessica and I have never been to Kentucky. I kept telling her she pulled the wrong records but she kept saying "no no I have it right in front of me." But everything she was describing was not me. She was not a foreigner or spoke a foreign language she's probably right here from Ashtabula county. So not only do I not have my records, they broke some HIPPA laws in the process."
