"The staff answering the phone have no bedside manner or empathy for the parents calling. When did being a pediatrician mean seeing well-checks only. Being referred to urgent care everytime your child is sick is not the answer. Why have a pediatrician in the first place. Do better."
"Love the doctors and the staff, however there is one front desk girl that always insists on giving me a hard time. She is so rude with terrible bedside manner.. and I’m confused as to why she is allowed to tell the patients what they will or will not be seen for. She is not a nurse nor a doctor. She should not be giving any medical advice what so ever. If my kid is sick, then let me speak with a nurse, since you refuse to schedule us!! She literally told me on the phone there is nothing they can do. Time and time again, I have terrible experience with just this one girl!! If you don’t care for your job then please do us ALL a favor and get a different job!!"
