"ACMC (Cleveland Clinic) I had my ankle surgery in 2017. The hospital is over 115 years old. The spot where the hospital sits was part of the 1876 Ashtabula train and Bridge disaster. They have recently done a lot of work and additions to the hospital. I would definitely say for a hospital it is very nice looking and comfortable."

"This is the worst "professional business" I have ever entered. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The only one worth being employed is Jane. They only care about getting you in and out without worrying about any actual complications. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous considering they had few patients at the time of my visit but still didn't see me at my scheduled time."

"dr thompson left so I had to get a new one and I'm not happy. Dr.shahara didnt even listen to me. Blew me off when I told him my c section scar is still open and gets infected after 6 years. He looked said it was fine and then kept trying to convince me not to tie my baby maker off although I'll be 34 with 2 kids, I'm obviously sure of what I want. Now my scar is infected AGAIN even after he treated me like I was dumb and said it was closed and wasn't happening to me. I think I would know if I've been to the er with an infection more than once in 6 years. Would NOT reccomend. If I could give zero stars i would"

"The nurse Michelle is so rude. She did a lot of the walking me and my husband through our first miscarriage and was incredibly rude the whole time. With our second pregnancy we were scared of course and any time we checked in on the baby she would Roll her eyes and make rude faces and scoff at us. She should not be working in womens health!!! Very unprofessional and gives this place a bad name."
