"Normally I’d have nothing but nice things to say… but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! I went today and it was packed, I guess they took that as a good distraction to charge people for extra things thinking they wouldn’t notice. They were partially right. Normally I just toss my receipt but today I checked it and they charged me for 3 things I didn’t purchase “cheez it white chedd “ at $3.50 each for a total of $10.50!!!! Use to love this store but I’ll never go there again now. Don’t try to cheat people!!!"
"My girlfriend went to this location recently and as she was shopping the manager told one of the employees to kick her out of the store. My girlfriend is African American and is one of the sweetest, most passive people one could imagine. She'd never speak up for herself in this situation, so I've taken the liberty to do so for her. This five below has blatantly racist management. Five Below is one of her favorite stores to shop at, and the management here humiliated and dehumanized her. I will be coming to speak with the management when I have the time later today, and I will be sending a letter to corporate. If you are a person of color, I'd behoove you to consider shopping elsewhere."
"I loved going here the staff were really nice and helpful I enjoyed it since it was my first time going I love hello kitty and got 2 hello kitty stuff and a gummie and it was so good I will go back another time because since it was my first time it was the best experience ever and everything there was 5 or les and love the prices I will go back again another time!"
