"Non responsive. My pet needed care. and I called and left a detailed message containing what was wrong and my contact number. My call was not returned. This happened twice. Why have an answering machine when it is essentially just a paper weight?"

"Our 12 year old dog Marshall needed some dental work and we were extremely concerned about the procedures due to his age. Marshall is our GOAT (greatest of all time) the staff assured us that he would be well taken care of. Marshall had his teeth cleaned and some removed and he is eating so much better and I want to thank everyone at VVC for everything."
