"This vet has NO CLASS. After leaving a message on the answering machine wanting to speak directly to her she called back and when I answered screamed who is this? She's very incapable and suggest "calming" medicine for all animals. Very Creepy. Not to mention when the receptionist can't answer your concerns she just gets snotty and hangs up on you. Steer clear of this place. Their best interests is not in your pet."

"Made appointment to have my dog fixed and they canceled two days before it because I didn't call back to verify. When someone makes an appointment that's verifications. Plus my pre surgery visit with him the vet charged 50 bucks for one q tip swab and did nothing but throw it in the garbage. They will up charge you even for a q-tip. Now my dog won't be fixed and I lost out on $80 for pre surgery check up. Horrible greedy people. I took him for his check up before his surgery and they canceled it for no reason and took my money!"

"Not worthy of one star. My pets have been patients there for 20+ years. Something has changed there in the last couple years. The receptionist can not explain anything correctly and when you try to help her understand your situation she talks over you and gets mad. They have called and cancelled appointments twice (five minutes before scheduled time) when I called to reschedule they are rude and state I was the one that cancelled. I had more then a couple issues with them. Not my pets doctor anymore. I do NOT trust them. they are Very odd at the Westfield veterinary hospital."

"I wish I could give this place just a portion of a star. This place is out for money and they will take advantage of you any chance they can get. They took $50 from my dad who is a cancer patient to hold an appointment that was not for 4 day from then(was the only appointment they would give him) he ended up taking the dog to an emergency vet that evening because the dog would have been dead by 4days away. They would not refund the appointment hold money. I also used to take my dogs there but after multiple times of them over charging me and charging me for things I did not want done to my dog I had had enough. They also told me that there were things that needed to be done to my dog that after a 2nd opinion I found out that she did not need. Stay away!!! These people are crooked!!!!!!"

"Will absolutely not give any medical advice over the phone or in person and will ask you for a $50 deposit when there's not even a doctor there to give advice. If I went there with an actual emergency, my pet would be dead. Why are you open if nobody's there to actually provide the service you're literally built for?"
