"I just got back from my second visit to this groomer. I have a long-haired (and somewhat temperamental) cat who needed some matted fur removed. I was prepared for a full shave, but Cathy said they'd only needed to shave off the matted areas, which was a relief. My cat gave poor Cathy so much grief because she (the cat) was freaking out, I had to come back and hold my cat while Cathy worked. She was so quick and efficient and (astoundingly) didn't charge me a dime even though the cat was biting and swiping at her; they couldn't even get her out of the carrier until I arrived, it was too risky (cat bites are no joke). Cathy *really* didn't have to do that, especially after all the trouble she went through, but I'm grateful to her for her service. I will definitely be back. Though my cat may not be as enthusiastic..."
