"Horrendous experience will NEVER go back - had an appointment for a COVID vaccine for my 15 year old (booked through the Safeway website which is now accepting appointments for 12 - 15 year olds). I was refused the vaccination EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION FROM SAFEWAY/ALBERSONS (surely the idea is top get as many people vaccinated as possible) with no explanation and they would not offer a new appointment, even for the following week. Rude, unhelpful and wrong."

"The pharmacist was very rude for no reason. She pretended to look for my medicine than refused to order my medicine. It was an inconvenience to her, she told me I would have to wait until next week for her to order it and than wait for it to come in after that, but she wasn't sure when it would be in exactly. I said that a fine but she still wouldn't put the order in. So I had to go to another pharmacy. Very strange, I've never had that problem before...hopefully management looks into this so other customers dont go threw this. She is in the wrong profession and should not be playing with peoples health. It's a shame I had to take my business else where."
