"I brought my Frenchy for a routine check up, it was our first time at the office, and the vet made me very uncomfortable and uneasy, not only did she laugh at my dogs overbite in my face, but she also spoke to me as I was the help she kept Reminding me that dogs are expensive and I should keep that in mind while thinking about breathing not really sure where the conversation was leading to or came from because no indication was giving to her that I was broke. overall, her staff was nice I just do not care for her bedside manners. To make matters worse she insisted that I checked out in the room versus making my payment at the desk. On my way out."

"Hands down the best veterinarians ever. My Persephone actually enjoys going to vet, her butt doesn't stop wiggling, even when she got blood work! They have this amazing thing called the Paw Plan that allows you to make payments monthly and you don't have to worry about coming up with large amounts, even unexpected amounts of money! We love Niles Veterinary Clinic!"
"Dr Du was very thorough and kept us fully informed as to what she was doing and what she found. Unfortunately, the measures we’ve taken so far to support him haven’t done what we’d hoped. He’s currently hospitalized. Hoping we can figure out what is wrong. I know the doc will do everything she can to figure this out."
